Overview
Harness the power of our Enterprise SMS appliance to provide the software that will enable the development of an SMS system best suited for your company’s operations. This appliance will enable easy integration with existing software systems and enable a true 2-way text messaging system where either your company or the customer can initiate an activity.
Once an application is created the following activities are enabled:
- Automatic Notifications
- Relation Building: Birthday wishes, holiday/seasons greetings, etc.
- Data Query by Customers
- Announcements and Customer Advertisements
- General or Specific Customer Feedback.
With this appliance your company is always in full control of what you want to use it to achieve.
The application consist of the following components
- A web application for configuration and reporting purposes.
- Web Services using standard internet protocols to enable third applications to seamlessly connect to the system.
- A System Engine, which is responsible for maintaining reliable messaging, and also for processing incoming messages from mobile subscribers.
- A security subsystem to authenticate incoming requests from mobile subscribers, and third party applications.
- A database that will store all messages received and sent out by the system.
