This is where unique codes are selected prior to a campaign starting and customers are informed immediately if they have won. Unique codes can be printed on packaging or included within packs, for example on each bottle or packet.
- The client ensures a unique code is printed on each bottle/packet
- The Customer texts KEYWORD + their code to 88600
- The text hits the database, which then pulls the code to verify its authenticity
- An instant, automated response is sent to the customer telling them if they have won or not
- Depending on the code entered the response may contain:
- An error response, e.g. “The code you entered was invalid, please try again”
- An invitation to play again, e.g. “Thanks for playing, unfortunately you have been unsuccessful on this occasion, please try again.”
- Winning texts including instructions on how to claim the prize e.g. “Congratulations - You are a winner! Please contact us on 012345 to claim your prize!”
