With mPower’s web-based Transaction Operation Center, organisations can automatically process, record, track, respond and manage both field operations and data requests quickly, securely and conveniently.

Features of the Transaction Operation Center application include;

Application Access Levels: To effectively manage the entire operations, staff access accounts are assigned with an appropriate access control. The management access level in order of decreasing functionality is

Root Administrator > Staff Administrator > Staff Manager > Staff Operator

  • Root Administrator has access to all features of the appliance
  • Staff Administrator has access to all features except system logs / audit trails.
  • Staff Manager has access to all features as Staff Administrator except Customer Database, ability to manage staff other accounts, administer system settings/auto-replies and delete/edit transactions.
  • Staff Operator has access to all features as Staff Manager except ability to manage field operators / agents and access detailed reports of transactions.

Login Screen: For staff users to login to the application. The system identifies which access level the user account allows, Staff Operator, Staff Manager, Staff Administrator and Root Administrator.

Dashboard: Welcome page with icons to all feature sections of the appliance and summary status of activities.

Transactions: Auto-refresh page of all transactions coming in from the field. Displays

  • List of Latest New Business
  • List of Latest Payments

Reports: For generating detailed report of activities such as Per Agent Reports, Time/Period Reports, Staff User Reports, Customer Reports, etc.

Settings: For administering system settings such as SMS auto-replies to customers, system notification replies,

Status: A snapshot of all system activities with summary counts of successful/failed transactions processed, number of customers processed for the day,

Agents: For administering field agents (add, edit or delete an agent)

Users & Branches: For creating and authorizing customer accounts.
