Hans Daniel Nilsson - Chairman
Hans is a Business Scaling Expert with over 30 years experience in management.
In an illustrious business career Hans has worked as CEO of Deloro Stellite (a private equity portfolio company managing a 250 million Euro fund) and CEO of Spectrics PLC (a publicly traded, $1.3 billion company consisting of 16 operating companies).
He has also served as Non-Executive Director of Novar PLC in London, UK and Intra AB of Gothenburg, Sweden.
Before all this, Hans set up Flextronics Europe from scratch as the Vice President of the company. Under his leadership Flextronics went from nearly a non-entity to a dominant contract manufacturer in Europe, selecting and writing over $1 billion in new business. As Director of Marketing at Mars Electronics, he had world-wide responsibility for marketing of electronic equipment for unattended points of sale (coin, bill and and cashless products) for the chocolate making giant.
Hans started off his career in 1979 at ABB as a Sales Engineer. He then moved on to Hewlett-Packard as a Product Manager, rising through the ranks of the global tech giant to become a Product Line Manager.
Hans is a father of two and currently lives in London with his wife.
Alex Adjei Bram - Chief Executive Officer
Alex co-founded SMSGH on 12th May, 2005 -- the very last school day at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Kumasi), where he graduated with a BSc, in Chemistry.
His dedication and professional sense of duty has since helped grow and maintain SMSGH's leadership in the mobile communication, content distribution and payments aggregation spaces.
Under his leadership, SMSGH has evolved to become a leading mobile technology company in Africa processing more than 4 million API requests daily for over 45,000 direct customers serving more than 20 million mobile subscribers and application users.
Alex has worked directly with over 1,000 local and international businesses on various projects ranging from messaging services to enterprise and e-commerce applications to nationwide mobility payment solutions.
As Chief Executive Officer of SMSGH, he oversees the entire operation and drives the company's vision and ambitions.
He lives in Accra with his wife and son.

Kwadwo Seinti - Chief Technology Officer
As the technology lead, Kwadwo Seinti is responsible for determining the company’s technical direction. His engineering team builds all of SMSGH’s products, while his platform and product management teams ensures the reliable delivery of SMSGH services.
Since joining the company in 2007, he has led the development of the blueprint for SMSGH technology and made critical contributions to all of SMSGH’s key cloud applications, servers, and messaging systems. He has also been instrumental in guiding the business processes that underlie the management of SMSGH.
Kwadwo is an innovator, a great software architect with over 10 years of experience in developing, managing and scaling technology. He has exceptional skills in software development, business process development, computer networking, cloud computing, and business management.
Prior to joining SMSGH, Seinti co-founded Softron Limited; a wireless internet provider based in Accra. He ran Softron limited for a year before joining SMSGH. He is currently a shareholder of Softron Limited, Encodev Labs, and SMS Global Holdings Limited.
Seinti graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
He lives in Tema with his wife and daughter.

Ernest Kwesi Apenteng - Director of Sales
Ernest is a co-founder of SMSGH.
He manages all activities relating to direct customer sales, and implements sales strategies for the achievement of various sales targets.
Ernest has over 10 years practical experience in sales development, product design and product sales management. He possesses a keen awareness for strategic and intelligent business alliance with a sharp eye for deals.
He has provided various support in the setting up of a number of businesses, and plays advisory and mentoring roles for a number of start-ups.
He holds a BSc. Degree in Biological Sciences from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana) and a number of certificates in business, sales process management and entrepreneurship.
Ernest lives in Accra with his wife, son and daughter.
