Job Summary:
Manager of all business relations between SMSGH and all Mobile Network Operators, both local and international
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all correspondence between SMSGH and Mobile Network Operators
Responsible for opening and sourcing for new connective channels to Mobile Network Operators both in and outside Ghana
Exploring new revenue opportunities with Mobile Network Operators- partnerships or collaborations and sponsorship.
Manage all month to month traffic reports, invoicing and payments.
Manage all SMS Data reconciliation issues between SMSGH and Mobile Network Operators both local and international
Manage all Bulk SMS Reconciliation matters between SMSGH and Mobile Networks
Manage all SMS Data Processing issues between SMSGH and Mobile Networks-SMS Gateway Downtimes, Network Downtimes etc
Responsible for requesting shortcodes from Mobile Networks
Ensuring that all shortcodes acquired by SMSGH are generating satisfactory revenues.
Managing all shortcode connection issues between SMSGH and Mobile Networks
Manage all SMSGH Aggregators and Content Providers both local and international
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Minimum of a First Degree in any field
Personality: Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision. Be determined and able to work individually or in a team.
Specific Job Skills
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must have great command of the English language.
Work experience in a Value Added Service position in a Mobile Network is an advantage.
Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel
Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
