Before the introduction of our ultimate business messaging tool, the SMSGH Messenger Pro, insurance companies received little response from renewal notices sent by regular post. An immediate channel of personalised communication was thus imperative. In early 2005 some leading insurance companies (Enterprise Insurance, State Insurance, Provident Insurance, Metropolitan Insurance, etc.) set out to use our SMS alert service for both thier brokers and clients that would provide them with more rapid and proactive communication at each point in the claims cycle.
